GLUTEN-FREE WALNUT DATE ENERGY BALLS (NO-BAKE, HEALTHY SNACK)

These babies are filling and definitely hit the spot!  They are full of antioxidants and have so many health benefits.  This gluten-free snack recipe is super easy to make.  You can pack them on the go on their own or drop one in your keto friendly yogurt.  Just 5 simple ingredients and NO baking for this healthy sweet snack.

These date walnut energy balls are sweet but nourishing.  Take them as a snack, pre-workout boost or as dessert.

Ingredients

2 cups walnuts unsalted

8 Medjool dates (pitted)

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp chia seed

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and set on high.
Mixture is ready once it sticks together in a ball.

You will be able to make about 12 golf size balls.
