Ingredients
Salmon:
- Wild-caught salmon (4-6 oz per serving)
- Kinder’s “The Blend” or use salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 1 tbsp grassfed salted butter
Guacamole:
- 2 medium size avocados
- 1/4 finely chopped white onion
- 2 juiced limes
- 1/2 a handful of chopped cilantro
- Kinder’s “The Blend” or use salt, pepper and garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut your salmon into bite size pieces or larger 4-6 oz pieces. I prefer bite size pieces because I like them crispier.
- Season salmon with “The Blend” to your liking.
- Heat stove to medium. Once hot, add butter.
- Cook salmon until crispy. If it’s taking too long to reach crispy level, increase your temp to medium-high.
- While salmon is cooking grab a bowl, and make your guacamole. (Add the 2 avocados and mash in the bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.)
- Once your salmon is crispy, you are ready to eat or meal prep!
