Ingredients

Salmon:

  • Wild-caught salmon (4-6 oz per serving)
  • Kinder’s “The Blend” or use salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grassfed salted butter

Guacamole:

  • 2 medium size avocados
  • 1/4 finely chopped white onion
  • 2 juiced limes
  • 1/2 a handful of chopped cilantro
  • Kinder’s “The Blend” or use salt, pepper and garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cut your salmon into bite size pieces or larger 4-6 oz pieces.  I prefer bite size pieces because I like them crispier.
  • Season salmon with “The Blend” to your liking.
  • Heat stove to medium.  Once hot, add butter.
  • Cook salmon until crispy.  If it’s taking too long to reach crispy level, increase your temp to medium-high.
  • While salmon is cooking grab a bowl, and make your guacamole.  (Add the 2 avocados and mash in the bowl.  Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.)
  • Once your salmon is crispy, you are ready to eat or meal prep!
