Quick Cucumber Dill Salad

This fresh, creamy and healthy salad is scrumptious and high in protein.  Excellent as a side, snack or a light meal.

Directions:

Combine 2 cucumbers peeled and sliced in a bowl

Add nonfat Greek yogurt

Add approximately 3 tbsps of fresh chopped dill weed

Fresh lime juice.  Use 1-2 limes or to your liking.

Salt and Pepper

 

Benefits:

Cucumbers are a natural diuretic, detoxify the body, low in calories, has valuable vitamins and minerals, and high in antioxidants.

Greek yogurt provides probiotics and protein.  Excellent for gut health.

Fresh lime is excellent for weight loss and to boost your immunity.

Dill Weed has anti microbial effects, anti inflammatory effects and has been known to lower cholesterol.
