Freshly baked gluten-free bagels with 3 ingredients

These easy gluten-free bagels use only 3 ingredients and deliver 71g of protein per batch. Soft, chewy and perfect for meal prep or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups superfine blanched almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine almond flour and yogurt in a bowl and knead for 1-2 minutes.  Continue until not sticky and has a doughy consistency.
  • Roll into a log, slice to shape each bagel and make hole in center.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place bagels on parchment paper and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes (until golden). Let cool for 5-10 minutes.

Notes

These bagels are so easy to make you really have no excuse to not be hitting your protein goals while keeping it gluten free.  These are perfect for meal prep, breakfast or even a snack.  Try them with something sweet or savory.  A salmon lox bagel would be superb with these bagels.This recipe will yield about 12 mini bagels.
