This has to be one of the easiest low carb snacks you can make! This easy cheese snack is pretty filling. You can use it instead of chips to dig into your dip or when you’re in need of a crunchy snack. Gluten-free, Keto, and Low-carb.
Pre-heat oven 250 degrees F
8 or 16 oz block of cheese.
Cut into slices and then into 2 or 3 parts.
Place on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Put into oven 25-30 minutes.
Let them cool to harden and become crispy.
