I warn you now that these crunchy and healthy oatmeal cookies are ADDICTIVE!!! They are super easy to make. Everyone will love them.
Ingredients:
5 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup blended oats (I used a food processor)
1/3 cup natural honey
Drizzle of vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Optional- add 1/4 cup chocolate chips (for more health benefits use dark chocolate), unsweetened shredded coconut
