These bagels are low carb, filling and so easy to make. Perfect to meal prep, since we’re usually on the go in today’s world.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups superfine blanched almond flour
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine almond flour and yogurt in a bowl and knead for 1-2 minutes. Continue until not sticky and has a doughy consistency.
Roll into a log, slice to shape each bagel and make hole in center.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place bagels on parchment paper and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake for 22-25 minutes ( until golden). Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
