The ingredients are healthy and full of benefits.
Bananas- potassium, fiber, vitamin C and B6.
Raw honey- rich in antioxidants, digestive health
Blueberries- antioxidants, boosts brain function, heart health
Raspberries- lowers inflammation, boosts brain function
Mint- improves digestion, brain function, antioxidants
Coconut- fiber, heart health, boosts energy
INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
9 blueberries
7 raspberries
mint
1 tbsp of raw honey
2 tbsp shredded sugar-free coconut
DIRECTIONS:
Cut your banana in half longwise and set on your plate.
Cut half the blueberries in half. Start placing and spreading on the banana.
Crumble the raspberries into smaller pieces. Place them on banana as well.
Insert mint leaves throughout the banana halves like the picture.
Sprinkle the coconut evenly on both banana halves.
You can stop there because that may be sweet enough for you.
If not go ahead and drizzle the raw honey.
If you want to take an extra step to be healthier, make sure all your ingredients are organic. Also, you can always add more of the toppings if your heart desires. You can add granola for crunch but that would make it really high in carbohydrates. If you are concerned about too many carbs try toasted coconut shreds for some crunch. If you try it for dessert you can add some healthyish fruit dip.
ENJOY!!!!!
