This easy Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding is not only a healthy option, but it is also quick to make!
You may have heard of the viral Cottage Cheese ice cream. This is a take on that recipe. With just 3 easy ingredients you’ve got yourself a healthy, high protein, keto, gluten free and low carb treat.
Ingredients:
4 large strawberries
1/2 cup cottage cheese (you can also use low-fat)
1 tablespoon Truvia stevia leaf Brown (you can also use regular stevia or monk fruit)
Directions:
Wash your strawberries
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in a cup and enjoy!
BONUS: Put the pudding in the freezer and blend once frozen. Now you have ice cream!
Options: You can top with some chopped strawberries, whipped cream, and/ or graham cracker crumbs. Be mindful of what you add and the amount of topping you add.
