INGREDIENTS:
Salmon:
Wild-caught Salmon ( 4-6 oz per serving)
Kinder’s “The Blend” or use salt, pepper, and garlic powder
1 tbsp Grassfed Salted Butter
Guacamole:
2 medium size avocados
1/4 finely chopped white onion
2 juiced limes
1/2 a handful of chopped cilantro
Kinder’s “The Blend” or use salt, pepper, and garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut your salmon into bite size pieces. Season with “The Blend” to your liking.
- Heat stove to medium. Once hot, add butter. (Depending on how much salmon you are preparing you will need more butter)
- Cook salmon until crispy. If it is taking too long to get crispy raise your temperature to medium-high.
- While salmon is cooking grab a bowl, add 2 avocados and mash with a fork.
- Once avocado is nicely mashed add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
- Once your salmon is crispy, it’s time to eat! or meal-prep!
