Best High Protein And Gluten Free Avocado Dressing

If avocados are your thing then you will be completely addicted to this high protein and gluten-free avocado dressing!!  The taste is fresh and full of flavor!!!   It can be used as a dip and as a salad dressing.

                        1 cup greek yogurt = approximately 16-20 grams protein

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 handful cilantro

1/2 avocado

1 lime juiced

1 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil

salt and pepper

1/4 cup pickle juice

1/4 cup water

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender, mix on high until smooth.

Add less water to make it a dip.  Add more water to make it a dressing at the consistency you like.

Notes

This gluten-free and high protein dressing is perfect to support your weight loss goals or keto goals.  It is super low on carbs but full of flavor!  Try it on a salad or as dip for your veggies.  Other options to help you reach your daily protein goals are pork rinds (chile flavor goes really well), crispy bacon or crispy turkey bacon.high protein gluten free
