INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 handful cilantro
1/2 avocado
1 lime juiced
1 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
salt and pepper
1/4 cup pickle juice
1/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to blender, mix at high.
Add less water to make it a dip. Add more water to make it a dressing to the consistency you like.
