This post is all about making this 3 ingredient creamy mango smoothie. This smoothie is so refreshing and filled with fiber.
Ingredients:
Frozen Mango
Coconut milk
Oui coconut flavor yogurt
Directions:
In a blender begin with 1cup frozen mango
Add 3/4 cup coconut milk
Add 1 jar of Oui coconut yogurt
Blend and serve!
Add more milk if it is too thick for you.
You can also add protein powder if you wish.
