This is the easiest DETOX! This healthy detox is so easy to prep and follow. You will definitely not be hungry at all. There have been individuals that lose 3 – 9 pounds in 3 days. You are giving your body a break from sugar, gluten and dairy for 3 days. You are nourishing your body with healthy foods that are easy for your body to digest. You can do this once a month or once a week as you feel is needed. Remember drink average of 8 glasses of water.
Directions:
Breakfast- Eat 3-4 boiled or scrambled eggs with salt and pepper. The use of avocado oil is best.
Lunch and Dinner- No limit on amount of the following foods consumed.
Seafood- Shrimp, tuna, salmon, tilapia, oysters, lobster, etc.
Greens- Lettuce, celery, cucumber, broccoli, kale, asparagus, green beans, spinach
Only use salt and pepper, olive oil to drizzle, avocado oil to cook. Seafood can be cooked on stove, steamed or oven. Keep in mind the less oil you use the less calories from fat you consume.
