I am Gluten sensitive so I strive to have a gluten free diet since my body feels better when I make that choice. I love food so I’ll try almost anything! I have been lucky enough to try some of the best food and exotic food. From the finger licking hole in the wall restaurant to 3 Michelin star restaurants. So my recipes are and may be influenced by my experiences. Now I will share healthy recipes and healthier versions of some favorites. Let’s be honest who really eats in a healthy manner 100% of the time??
